Frank Reeves woke up this past Sunday night to his wife Tracy telling him there was an intruder in their Creola, Alabama home. A gunfight ensued, with the intruder shooting Frank in the chest, and Frank retaliating by shooting the guy in leg and elbow.
However, it was not an intruder in the Reeves' home. No, it was Tracy's boyfriend Michael Amacker, whom she had been dating for more than a year, and had been secretly letting live in the home she shared with her husband.
The police couldn't figure out why Tracy would give up her side-piece like that, but she was incredibly high on meth, which explains a lot.
According to NBC 15, both Reeves and Amacker were rushed to the hospital, but both their conditions remain unknown.
Amacker, a convicted felon, will be facing assault, gun, and drug charges.
