Just a heads up to any guy that may think otherwise, the waitress isn't into you. That dancer isn't into you, they are just looking for a bigger tip.
A man from Arkansas just didn't get the hint, as he's recently filed a lawsuit against a Las Vegas dancer claiming she "misled" him over a decade into thinking they were in an exclusive relationship.
Per 5 News, in his lawsuit, Fred Brunner is claiming that the woman "communicated with him daily while scheming to 'form a make-believe relationship' with the ultimate goal of getting as much money out of him as possible."
The suit claims that the woman tricked him into believing they were in a "make-believe relationship," and that she accepted a house and several trips funded by Brunner. Brunner also claims he would send financial support to the woman at "her specific request."
The suit claims that the woman in all took $3 million from Brunner, and he is seeking $38 million in retribution!
The lawsuit states that while Brunner believed he was in an exclusive relationship with this woman, she was "secretly" dating another man in Las Vegas the entire time, and even gave him some of the money Brunner gave to her.
"All along, she had no intention of following through on her representations, doing only what was necessary to keep Brunner from being suspicious," the lawsuit alleges.
