A few days ago it was announced that the recent closings of Kmart stores has left only three total in the United States.  At one point, Kmart had over 2,000 locations in the nations.

Understandably, lots of folks were left upset about that part of their childhood was slipping away, but there's one gentleman who remains grateful.

A man on Twitter who goes by the username @bloodcascade2 sent a heartwarming tweet to the store's official account, thanking them for hiring a single mom 45 years ago, and allowing her son to play in the store for hours on end while she worked.

He was, of course, referring to his own mother, and he thanked Kmart for the job that "kept us going and supported us for 20 years."

Now we have all the feels.
