An El Paso mother was arrested after she dressed up as her 13-year-old daughter, and attended classes at her middle school in order to "test" the school's campus security.

Casey Garcia disguised herself as her daughter, and attended classes at Garcia Enriquez Middle School in San Elizario, totally unnoticed by school administrators. And she filmed her entire day!

Garcia tried to explain that this was only an attempt to try and test the school's campus security.

However, the police did not find her too helpful, as they traveled to her house to place her under arrest. And she filmed that too!

San Elizario Independent School District Superintendent Dr. Jeannie Meza-Chavez told KTSM that the district is currently reviewing and evaluating its security measures. She said, "While there was a breach in security by an individual associated as a parent with the school … we want to assure you that our security measures are being reviewed and evaluated."

Garcia was arrested, and is now facing charges of criminal trespass and tampering with government records.

After being released from custody, Garcia sent KTSM a statement that read, "I spent the day in police custody, but my question still remains: Are our children safe in our schools, Jeannie Meza-Chavez?"
