Monday during a Zoom meeting with 900 employees, the CEO of Better.com laid off everyone on the call. Vishal Garg said the mortgage company has had a rough year, and they are making changes accordingly.
Garg released 15% of the staff in a virtual group session. He detailed the severance packages and thanked them for their work. In the below video, you can hear a woman on the receiving end who is reacting to the bad news.
