It's cold out there, y'all. And unfortunately, thousands of North Texans are still left without power and water in their homes.
Fortunately, several "warming centers" have opened in multiple North Texas cities to aid residents with no power and heat in their homes, including the Kay Bailey Hutchinson center which just offered its services.
