At the end of the day, humans are all just animals, and that's no more apparent than the dating culture society has cultivated, right?

Well Discovery+ is looking to tap into the animalistic instinct of humans with their brand new dating show called Love in the Jungle.

With this show, 14 "sexy singles" are sent to a private eco reserve in Colombia with the hopes of finding love, though they are not allowed to verbally communicate.  At all.  Instead, these hopeful lovers are to flirt and communicate via mating rituals pulled straight out of the animal kingdom.

A contestant on the show Stephan Davis told the New York Post, "It was very difficult without words, but you can give them a little nudge on the shoulder to show that you're interested. It almost comes from a place of being playful, so that was cool."

Another contestant Paige Dacanay said she focused a lot on eye contact to communicate her interest in someone, and found herself doing a lot of soul-searching.

"For me, personally, everything in the beginning was based off physical attraction. It made me realize, 'I might be physically attracted to this person, but I haven't had a conversion with anyone. I could be attracted to this other person's mind.'"

The first episode of Love in the Jungle is currently available on Discovery+.
