Belle Grace is a woman from England who pulls about $50,000 every single month posting content to OnlyFans.
She can now add "life-saver" to her résumé after noticing something wrong with one her most loyal subscribers.
Grace told Yahoo! that this particular gentleman started subscribing to her content about two years ago, and the pair would frequently chat on video.
She noticed that over time, one of the man's testicles was gradually growing larger, and she raised some concern. The model recalled, "I said honestly, 'I do think you should get it checked out.' And it took me about four, five weeks to actually convince him."
The man eventually relented and went to the doctor. Over their next chat, he revealed that he was diagnosed with an "aggressive form" of testicular cancer.
Doctors immediately operated on the man, who says he never would have sought treatment without Grace's persistence.
The gentleman, who is now cancer free, also told Yahoo!, "I can't thank [Grace] enough for encouraging me to make the doctor's appointment. I honestly didn't think anything was wrong."
Prior to OnlyFans, Grace worked in health care, and says she's "attuned" to changes in the human body.
She was forced to quit her career after her OnlyFans was discovered, but now makes about ten times what she did in health care posting content online.
