When Pantera drummer Vinnie Paul passed away in 2018, he left his estate to his girlfriend (pictured above), close friends, and roadies. Recently, a new listing popped up for his 3,784-sq. ft. home in Arlington. Here are the specs:

The house sits atop a hill at 1209 Hickory Valley Ct. where the views overlook Fort Worth, Las Colinas, and Viridian Lake. Zillow lists the property as having four bedrooms, five baths, and three fireplaces. Other amenities include a rooftop deck, spa, and pool.

The pool has a history of its own. Legend has it that many of the Dallas Stars players were partying at Paul's house after winning the 1999 NHL Championship. Multiple sources claim Guy Carbonneau tossed the Stanley Cup from the second story balcony, and it accidentally nicked the side of the pool before plunging into it. To this day, the trophy has a dent in it.

The asking price is $750,000 and there's a pending offer after being on the market for only seven days. Take a tour in the below video.
