A 21-year-old Florida learned the hard way that you just can't walk into a convenience store without wearing any pants and get away with it.
Kendall Mabry walked into a Circle K near Orlando last Thursday evening with no pants or underwear on and headed straight for the bathroom. Upon exiting the restroom, she was greeted by a police officer who was called after she initially walked into the store.
When asked why she was pantsless, Mabry told the officer that another cop told her it was "okay" for her not to be wearing anything from the waist down, and her pants were actually out in her car.
The police reported that Mabry smelled like both alcohol and marijuana, and she kept slurring her words.
According to The Smoking Gun, Mabry is facing charges of disorderly intoxication, but will not be facing any charges for walking around the store pantsless.
