When you try to gauge at what age people feel their most "sexiest," you would probably imagine it would be in their 20s or 30s, right? It's essentially the prime of your life, when you could eat whatever and still look amazing!
Well you're dead wrong.
A new survey from OurTime actually found that people feel the sexiest in their lives when they're 53-years-old!
According to the New York Post, over half of respondents said 53 was the age that they felt friskiest in the bedroom, while 41% said it was the age they felt most comfortable in their skin.
Additionally, 40% of people claimed 53 was a "sweet spot" because they had let go of worrying about how they came across to a potential partner, while still feeling comfortable and confident in their looks!
OurTime's Rachel Peru says the poll demolishes the stereotypes about people being sexiest in their 20s and 30s.
She says, "As the survey suggests, you do gain more confidence the older you get and you understand what you want and don't want from a relationship."
