I'm on record as being the type of dog owner who dresses up my dog. He doesn't seem to mind, and if he does he hasn't mentioned it. So, this photo opp is the perfect event for my fellow costume-loving pet owners. The Shops at Park Lane will be hosting a Halloween Dog Portrait Party on Saturday, October 16th from 10am-2pm.
