Drake released his eighth studio album For All the Dogs last Friday, and though the crossover between fans of both Drake and Pet Shop Boys is probably slim, music aficionados may have noticed similarities between the Drake Track "All the Parties," and the Pet Shop Boys' 1984 hit "West End Girls."

In the song, Drake sings, "And it's 6, our town a dead end world/ East End boys and West End girls." In "West End Girls," Pet Shop Boys sing: "In a West End town, a dead end world/ The East End boys and West End girls."

Drake's use of the song's lyrics of the song came as a surprise to notably Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe, who stated they received neither "proper credit or permission" for its use.

Drake credits Chief Keef on the track, but neither Tennant nor Lowe.

Billboard reached out to Kobalt, which represents Tennant and Lowe's publishing, and Drake's reps for comment, but have not heard a response.
