There have been a ton of instances where people try to circumvent the laws of the HOV Lane by riding with something that resembles a human body in the passenger seat. What's your call on this one?
In Norfolk, Nebraska, a man was pulled over driving eastbound on 275 with a gigantic Watusi bull sitting in his passenger's seat.
Police Captain Chad Reiman told News Channel Nebraska, "The officers received a call referencing a car driving into town that had a cow in it. They thought that it was going to be a calf, something small or something that would actually fit inside the vehicle."
Technically, the bull kind of does fit inside the vehicle.
The driver was identified as Lee Meyer; the bull was identified as "Howdy Doody."
Police issued Meyer just a warning but asked him to leave the city and take Howdy Doody back home.
