DFW is a hotbed for reality show contestants. The metroplex has spawned stars on just about every major unscripted TV series. Local cast members have appeared on numerous successful shows like Real Housewives of Dallas, Survivor, Big Brother, RuPaul's Drag Race, Amazing Race, Top Chef, Project Runway, American Idol, The Apprentice, The Bachelorette, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team, Hard Knocks, Big Tips Texas, and the list goes on.
So it was only a matter of time before someone organized an event where they could all come together and hang with the public. Reality Fest is the brainchild of a TCU film professor and HGTV star. The expo will feature speakers with casting tips, meet & greets with homegrown celebs, etc.
