Bliss is a new, upscale Caribbean restaurant in Missouri, and they have an interesting policy to keep the "drama" out of their establishment.
During prime dining hours, Bliss has banned everyone under the age of 30 from eating at the restaurant!
The assistant manager Erica Rhodes told KSDK, "The restaurant is just something for the older people to come do, have a happy hour, come get some good food and not have to worry about some of the young folks who bring some of that drama."
One of Bliss' hosts, or in some cases a St. Louis County police officer will be checking IDs at the door when the age requirement hits at 7pm Wednesdays through Sundays.
Owner Marvin Pate said, "Of course, we have been getting a little backlash because of our policy, but that's okay, we're sticking to our code."
