Robert De Niro is one of those names synonymous with gangster movies, so it's no surprise he's set to star in a new one aptly named Wise Guys.
However, unlike every other gangster movie De Niro has done, in Wise Guys, he will have TWO roles.
In fact, De Niro is set to star in the picture as Vito Genovese and Frank Costello, two very real RIVAL mob bosses.
The gist of their rivalry is Genovese tried to have Costello killed, and thought the attempt failed, it basically forced Costello into retirement.
No release date has been mentioned yet.
Wise Guys will be written by Nicholas Pileggi, who wrote Wiseguy: Life in a Mafia Family and Casino: Love and Honor in Las Vegas, which would become the movies Goodfellas and Casino, which he also wrote, and directed by Barry Levinson, the man behind Rain Man, The Natural, and Good Morning Vietnam.
