One of the most desired artifacts from the Harry Potter universe, besides your own wand or dragon, is an Invisibility Cloak.  Most thought technology would never advance to that of the wizarding world making something like this an impossibility.

Boy, how wrong we were.

Scientists in China recently unveiled a real-life, working Invisibility Cloak!

According to the South China Morning Post, the “InvisDefense coat allows the wearer to be seen but not detected as human, with implications for anti-drone tech and the battlefield.”

It will also help you sneak into the Restricted Section in the Hogwarts library.
