Just last Friday, an unopened copy of "Legend of Zelda" for the NES gaming system set a record for the most expensive video game ever sold when it garnered $870,000 at auction.
Well, that record has been beat.
A sealed copy of "Super Mario 64" just sold at auction for $1.56 million, through the same auction house "Zelda" sold for!
According to Uproxx, less than FIVE copies of Super Mario 64 that are sealed and in such an excellent condition exist in the world.
