The greatest gymnast of all time will no longer compete team competition finals for the remainder of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Simone Biles withdrew from competition due to a "mental issue" according to the NY Post, and not due to a physical injury.
After an uncharacteristic misstep on the vault, the four-time Olympic gold medalist was being attended to by a trainer and left the floor at Ariake Gymnastics Center and was replaced by reserve Jordan Chiles for the uneven bars.
Biles later returned to the floor wearing a Team USA warm-up suit to support her teammates.
