A snowstorm in Denmark brought about a foot of snow to the town of Aalborg, which was bad news for the six customers and about two dozen employees in the local IKEA.
They were stuck, and stranded inside the store.
So, each of the persons chose a bed and they bunked for the night, and the manager even treated them to a cinnamon roll breakfast the following morning!
Store manager Peter Elmose said via The Guardian, "We slept in the furniture exhibitions and our showroom on the first floor, where we have beds, mattresses and sofa beds." Customers could literally pick "the exact bed they always have wanted to try."
Elmose said everyone spent the evening watching television and eating, adding it went "super well. It's been a good night. All fun."
