A South Carolina man Tweeted a simple request this morning asking people to wish his 82-year-old mother a "Happy Birthday". Terrie Rucker said his mom would be alone, but that he would share the sentiments with her when he saw her. The internet came through! At press time, nearly 7000 strangers wished Betty a happy day. Here's to 82 more years, Ms. Betty!
If anyone has a minute , would you please say Happy Birthday to my mom. She's alone she's 82. And I can show them to her when I go see her tomorrow for her birthday. Her name is Betty. Thank you! She would be thrilled.
