A South Carolina man Tweeted a simple request this morning asking people to wish his 82-year-old mother a "Happy Birthday". Terrie Rucker said his mom would be alone, but that he would share the sentiments with her when he saw her. The internet came through! At press time, nearly 7000 strangers wished Betty a happy day.
