Study finds exercising at night reduces your risk of death by 61%

One of the hardest parts of keeping your New Year's Resolution to get fit is finding some time to just go to the gym.  Between work and taking care of the kids at home, it's hard enough just finding time to relax, let alone work out.

Some like working out in the morning, and some liker working out at night.  Believe it or not, research shows that working out at night can actually be more beneficial for your health!


According to a new study published in Diabetes Care, working out at night can actually lower your risk of death by as much as 61%

Apparently, our bodies are primed to handle blood sugar better later in the day, which is why working out at night proved to have more benefits.

Still, working out at any point in the day remains incredibly beneficial.  According to Study Finds, those who exercised in the morning and afternoon only had lower risks of 33% and 40%, respectively.
