One of the greatest quarterbacks in Dallas Cowboys history told a funny story recently on a podcast. Troy Aikman was chatting about Halloween on The Dan Patrick Show. He recalled one year "when [he] was single" and had forgotten to buy candy after practice.
The NFL analyst went on to say he handed out autographed trading cards instead. The following year, the kids came back to the Aikman house expecting to add memorabilia to their collection. They were reportedly bummed when the Hall of Famer had candy that time around. Wonder what those cards would be worth now.
