Today, March 4, is the National Day of Unplugging, which is dedicated to promoting a "a 24-hour respite from technology."
It's also the anniversary of the biggest fight Jeff and Rebekah have ever had.
On this day in 2019, Jeff suggested that everyone on the show give up their phones for 24 hours in honor of the day, and Rebekah was adamantly against it.
She had a remote appearance scheduled for work that would require her to post on social media, plus she had nieces and nephews in town that was staying with her, and needed to be in constant communication with their mother.
