This summer had the ten busiest days in DFW International Airport history

Chances are if you’re reading this, your travels have taken you through DFW International Airport.  If that’s the case, you know just how chaotic and busy that airport feels.

DFW is consistently ranked as one of the busiest airports in the world and this summer, DFW seemed to take that notion as a challenge.

According to the Dallas Morning News, the ten busiest days in the history of DFW International Airport happened this summer alone, with June 30 being the busiest day the airport has ever had in its 50-year history, serving 281,000 passengers!

The airport is planning to combat the growing number of passengers with a ton of renovation and expansion, including the addition of a sixth terminal “Terminal F,” and new gates added to Terminals A and C.
