Ticketmaster v. Taylor Swift fans will no doubt go down as the biggest feud of 2022, but Ticketmaster is looking to play nice…for now.
The ticket service recently announced that a select group of T-Swift fans may actually get a second chance at snagging tickets to Swift's highly anticipated The Eras Tour!
Those that registered as "verified" fans when trying to secure tickets previously will receive an individual invite to submit their purchase request before December 23, according to Ticketmaster.
The invitations will be staggered based on tour dates in different cities.
According to CNN, an email sent to fans read, "You have been identified as a fan who received a boost during the Verified Fan presale but did not purchase tickets. We apologize for the difficulties you may have experienced, and have been asked by Taylor's team to create this additional opportunity for you to purchase tickets."
Though tickets aren't guaranteed, Ticketmaster said it would try its "best" to provide verified fans with an additional option to get tickets if the particular price range that the fan requested is unavailable.
