For a tiny home with just 350 sq ft, a home there will cost you $100,000 and it left Nicholaus Zartman absolutely flabbergasted.
He posted a TikTok that has gone viral, expressing his absolute amazement that such a tiny space could cost so much. WARNING, this video does have expletives.
The price may seem high, but the real value in these properties is the land.
Keith Hughes, business development director with Zonda, a housing analytics firm, told KSAT, “It’s just amazing. These houses are on 20-foot lots, which is essentially unheard of in most major markets. It’s a new thing.
“One of the core ways that builders drive down home prices is through lot sizes, specifically lot width. They pay less for the land, so they can charge less for it.”
