While cheering on teammates during the women's 3-meter springboard diving final at the Tokyo Olympics, Great Britain diver Tom Daley was caught in the stands pursuing another of his passions: knitting.
During the women's 3-meter springboard diving final, Daley was spotted in the crowd knitting what he would later confirm to be a "dog sweater."
Per Fox News, Daley says he took up knitting to help him "deal" with some of the stresses that come up during the Olympics. He says, "The one thing that has kept me sane throughout this whole process is my love for knitting and crochet and all things stitching."
Daley also knit himself a pouch for his gold medal, which he won in the Men's synchronized 10 meter platform alongside Matty Lee!
