Supply chain issues and the ongoing pandemic have affected a ton of industries with a lack of supplies and inventory that we shouldn't be facing.
And one area you may not know is reeling from the effects is what folks in the UK call a "hen do," known in America as a bachelorette party.
Apparently, the UK is facing a shortage of chiseled men who will serve as nude waiters at these parties!
Dan Harley, manager of Butlers with Bums, tells the Daily Star, "There is a national shortage of naked men. We are the busiest we have been in over a decade, so we are in search of men who aren't afraid to flaunt their bodies."
But why is there a shortage?
Naked butler Thomas Crowe adds, "The majority of people will wear out, because it can be relentless. But I'm very passionate about it. I'm there to entertain and make sure the bachelorette has the best two hours of her life."
Crowe says that he's "never been busier" in his five years at Butler Bookings.
He says, "I am booked up until October. Most weekends this summer I am working two bachelorette parties on a Friday night, four on a Saturday and another two on a Sunday."
