According to the Austin-American Statesman, the Whataburger won’t have a dining room, and won’t even feature a traditional drive-thru.  Customers will enter the building to access their meal from a locker, or pass through the digital drive-thru.

This will be the first digital-kitchen Whataburer in existence.  It will be located at 3201 Bee Caves Road (and the corner of Westbank Drive), in a building previously occupied by a Taco Bell.

No word yet on an opening date.
