Dating with children can be a sensitive situation.
If your potential suitor has some reservations about children, and you yourself have children, that could create potential problems in the relationship.
How someone tells the person they're dating about their children is completely up to the individual, and that is the basis for our Dr. Miles Intervention this morning.
A 17-year-old on Reddit is wondering if she is in the wrong for telling the guy that her sister is dating that she actually has three children.
She accidentally revealed this information after trying to call her sister multiple times, when this random man picked up her phone and told her she was busy and she needed to leave a message.
This woman told this guy "'I said to tell her she needs to bring me back my things the same way she took them and that I'm not babysitting her kids next weekend like she begged me to.' He was like wait what but I hung up."
Apparently, her sister is rather irresponsible, and is always getting into her things, and obviously this teen is frustrated, but is she in the wrong for telling this guy that her sister is dating that she has kids?
It honestly sounds like an accident. And the claims of "child endangerment" sounds like a really big stretch.
