A woman on TikTok has caused quite the stir after taking it upon herself to decorate a section of her local Target.
Kelsey Venkov spruced up a corner of her Target's "Home Decor" section, moving furniture and various accoutrements to give the area a nice holiday, "homely" feel.

While it does look nice, many believe that Venkov has just created more of a mess for the employees to clean up. One commenter wrote, "How disconnected can you be??? The fact you thought this was a cute video? You're just making peoples loves harder by making a mess." Another wrote, "Girl target has visual merchandisers. It's literally their job to stage and put things where the guide that cooperate send says."
Some, however, believed that Kelsey's actions were innocent and harmless. One person wrote, "i've worked retail and y'all are being way to soft. this is cute and would brighten my day to see in my store. it's really not that big of a deal." Another wrote, "I've worked at Target and more employees r on their phones longer than it takes to put back these items. It takes like 3 minutes. Y'all need to relax."
