We head to the workplace for our Dr. Miles Intervention this morning, and to a woman who is very upset with a situation regarding her compensation.
Boy, we all can relate, huh?
This woman has been at her job for more than seven years, and she found out a man who had been fired just three months ago, for the same position as her, makes $30,000 more than she does!
Understandably she's very upset, but she doesn't know what to do because the coworker that revealed this information to her told her in confidence!
Does she break this coworker's trust and go to her bosses with her complaints, or does she just bite her tongue and ride it out, possible look for another job?
