Our Dr. Miles Intervention this morning involves a woman who will soon be marrying her second husband, and trouble is arising with the actual ceremony.

Apparently, she wants her ex-husband to walk her down the aisle.

Her father passed away, and she has no brothers or close male relatives, and she has maintained a great relationship with her her ex so she thought he was the most logical choice.

Now the new husband wasn't necessarily thrilled with the idea, but he can understand walking her down the aisle. He is absolutely against another idea the pair have floated, however, that being the traditional "Father-Daughter" dance at the wedding. His new wife and her ex want to have a dance at the reception.

And to add another layer into this whole situation, the woman's father LOVED her ex!

Can the new husband put the kibosh on his fiancé's ex walking her down the aisle, or at the very least the idea of them dancing together at the reception? Is he justified in worrying that some feelings may be sparked or rekindled?

Or does he need to realize that this is her wedding, too, and since she has no close male relatives, her ex is her best choice? And besides, he divorced him for a reason, and she's marrying him for a reason, so is there anything to worry about?
