A woman in the U.K. is calling for a ban on Halloween decorations after confusion at a local establishment led her to leave thinking their bathroom was shut down.
Apparently, the woman went to use the restroom but left after a sign on the door read "Keep Out." Not knowing the sign was just a Halloween decoration, the woman left the business without using the restroom.
The woman aired her grievances on the social media app NextDoor, where she wrote per the New York Post:
[I] think that Halloween decorations should be banned. I ended up leaving this establishment because I got confused as to if these toilets were out of service and no entry.
How are people expected to be able to know what's opened and closed when [there are] big keep out signs on everything?
No word if the business has responded to the woman's request, but since Halloween is over she probably has nothing to worry about anymore.
