Last week, we learned Jason Witten would sign a one-day contract with Dallas Cowboys so he can retire as part of the team he was on for so long. Today, Liberty Christian School in Argyle, Texas announced that he has also agreed to be their head coach of football. No word on when he will start, but his children have apparently attended the Denton County institution.
