There’s one thing people say that drives Jennifer Aniston “bananas.”
In a recent chat with British Vogue, the actress told the publication the phrase “you look great for your age” makes her very upset.
"That’s a habit of society that we have these markers like, 'Well, you’re at that stage, so for your age…' I don’t even understand what it means," Aniston said.
The actress said she feels better now than she did in her younger years.
"I'm in better shape than I was in my 20s," she said. "I feel better in mind, body and spirit. It’s all 100 percent better."
Aniston said as she ages she wants to be “thriving” and not just “alive.”
The “Morning Show” star recently told InStyle her major health tip to not skip as she gets older is making sure she gets adequate sleep.
“All of your body is getting all the work done that it put itself through during the day. You realize a lack of sleep leads to all sorts of health issues,” she said. “It’s a deficit you won’t ever get back.”
