As reported by TMZ, a fan by the name of Justen Lipeles filed a lawsuit against Madonna with claims that her set included “pornography without warning” and claimed fans were “forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sex acts.” Additionally, Lipeles included complaints about the show’s delayed start, moments of alleged lip-syncing, and dangerous heat which Madonna allegedly tried to solce by telling attendees to strip.

According to reports, Lipeles is demanding a refund for tickets and/or profits Madonna made from the concerts.

This isn’t the first time legal action has been taken surrounding the 65-year-old’s recent tour. Earlier this year, her lawyers worked to dismiss a suit surrounding extremely delayed start times.

The legal attention the tour has gained didn’t stop the star from going out with a bang as she hosted a free, final show of the tour in Rio de Janeiro. It made history as the biggest live show of her career to date.
