Clemson Police released the report in the death of 20 year old Clemson student Thomas Few.
Few was found Sunday afternoon lying on the ground outside a home on Old Greenville Highway.
Officers on scene spoke to someone, whose name has not been released, who said Few had been drinking before trying to jump from a stair railing to the roof of a garage. When he reached the garage, Few fell backward and onto the concrete below.
The friend applied pressure to the head wound and held him on his side to keep his airway open according to the report. Few was bleeding from the back of his head, ears and nose.
Few was taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
