In the early morning hours of Saturday September 5th, the South Carolina Highway Patrol was called to N. Pleasantburg Dr. at Cypress street where a two vehicle collision had occurred. The driver of unit one was wearing a seat belt and is uninjured. The driver of unit two was driving a Kawasaki motorcycle without a helmet and was ejected from the motorcycle and pronounced deceased at the scene. There were no reported passengers in either of the two vehicles.
