A plane flying up and down South Carolina beaches over the  Labor Day weekend was trailing a banner reading "L. Graham will drill 4 oil here."

An accompanying website says the airborne ad is  sponsored by a PAC campaigning against the Senator Lindsey Graham's reelection.

Offshore Oil exploration is an issue that has stirred some bipartisan unity in South Carolina, opponents argue it would be a blight on the state's pristine coastline...and megabucks tourism.

The "Lindsey Must Go" political action committee is reportedly mounting a six-figure media effort over the next couple of weeks targeting Graham's alleged ties to the oil  industry.

No comment from the senator's campaign yet.
