After a three month long investigation, Belton Police say they have arrested a man accused of distributing drugs out of his home.

44 year old Jeffery Brian Brock, who lives directly across the street from Marshal Primary School, was taken into custody Saturday and is currently being held at the Anderson County Detention Center.

Belton Police executed a search warrant on Brock’s home Saturday finding methamphetamine, marijuana, illegal pills, electronics and guns.

Four other people, a male and 3 females, were also detained.

Brock has been charged with Distribution of narcotics in proximity of a school, 1st degree distribution of meth and Possession of a controlled substance.

Belton PD are searching for an additional suspect that fled the same home on Bannister Street in a stolen white four door BMW Saturday.

The suspect is identified as 25-year-old Chancelor Eugene Pierce, described as a White man with brown hair and green eyes, many tattoos, stands 5’ 11” and weighs around 175 pounds.

Pierce possibly suffered a head injury  from a fight earlier in the week.

Pierce, who was speaking to a woman at the home on Bannister Street Saturday, fled the scene in the stolen BMW when Officers arrived.

After a short chase, the suspect slid off the roadway near Pea Creek Road and continued to flee on foot.  Two K9 Officers were used to track Pierce, but due to the heat, exhaustion set it in quickly for the K9's.

Anyone with information call the Belton Police Dept. at 864-33-8450.
