Released by the Greenville City Police Department.
The Greenville City Police Department has arrested and charged Joshua Kent Gillespie, 31, for lewd acts with a 9-year-old child.
On January 27, Gillespie committed two separate crimes against the same child.
Gillespie is charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor 3rd degree.
Gillespie is listed as a convicted sex offender and registered in the system as one.
UPDATE: Gillespie's bond has been set at $10,000. He is a registered Tier III Sex Offender.
