A couple are now under quarantine at their home in Sumter, SC.
Monday night, 3/23/20, Shaw Air Force Base Officials confirmed their first case of Coronavirus according to The State.
An Airman's spouse tested positive for the virus and now both are confined to their off-base home.
The Airman will not return to duty until cleared.
According to their Facebook Page, Shaw AFB and Public Health Officials are notifying anyone who may have had contact with the couple.
The State also reported Army Officials confirmed two cases of Coronavirus previously at Fort Jackson in Columbia, SC.
An Army Officer and Soldier are currently in isolation and under medical care.
