A woman who caused a wreck on Highway 308 in Laurens County in June 20-18 has been sentenced.
According to the 8th Circuit Solicitor's Office,Tara Mahan of Fountain Inn slammed into the back of a tractor causing it to overturn, killing its driver, 29 year old Chad Robinson.
The Laurens County Sheriff's Office booked Mahan on Felony DUI resulting in death, possession of methamphetamine and marijuana, driving under suspension and reckless driving.
She pled guilty Monday to felony DUI resulting in death.
The Judge sentenced Mahan to 22 years in prison.
