An emergency ordinance has been added to the City Council agenda for tonight.
According to a press release from the city, the ordinance, if passed, would require the wearing of masks by all customers and employees inside grocery stores and pharmacies beginning tomorrow at noon.
It would also require employees at all businesses within the city limits (to include restaurants, retail, salons) having face-to-face interaction with the public to wear a mask.
The council meeting will be held virtually at 5:30pm.
