One person is dead after an early morning crash in Spartanburg County.
Around 7 AM, a moped driver was headed north on New Cut Road when a Jeep entering the road pulled out in front on them.
The moped hit in the Jeep; the moped driver, who was not wearing a helmet, was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.
The seatbelted driver of the Jeep was uninjured.
The Jeep driver was charged with failure to yield right of way.
