Investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office are conducting a death investigation at 130 D street after receiving a 911 call at around 9:45pm, regarding a house fire at the residence. A woman’s body was later discovered inside and she was pronounced deceased on scene.At this point the investigation is still in its early stages and it is unknown what caused the fire or if foul play was involved.As further information becomes available we will let you know.
