With severe weather on the way, the City of Greenville has spent the day in preparation.
Mike Murphy, Director of Public Works, said their emergency operations crews are all in place.
"We've got crews on stand-by. We've got crews out in the field right now cleaning storm drains and drainage inlets... (to) prepare for the storm," Murphy said.
Murphy reminded the public not to drive through flooded roads and said to remember the phrase "Turn Around, Don't Drown."
